So, you need to improve your listening comprehension.
As you progress in French you’ll need to break away from ‘teacher tools’ – audio files compiled specifically for students and take the plunge into the wonderful world of authentic French.
On the left are links to radio stations from France and Francophone countries that I’ve posted for when you’re ready to take the leap. These will help accustom your ear to the speed and rhythm of French as spoken by native speakers. They are also very useful in training your ear to hone into different accents and varieties of French.
